“Earn While You Learn” program for investors who are just starting out. The task of doing a rehab and crunching all numbers can be a bit much for a novice investor. Our EWYL Program is designed for those who would like to invest their money and be essentially hand-held throughout the process while also earning a return. One would invest their money in one of our projects while being added and included in every aspect of the rehab as far as updates, budgets, time, contractors, and exit strategy. This is an excellent program for the 9-5 worker who doesn’t have time but wants to fast-track their knowledge to eventually run their own projects.

“A-Z Investor Program – Elite” – This is a step up from the previous program as you are allowed to customize your home and be involved in the construction process as opposed to buying an already-done home that we have completed. This allows you to choose your colors, layout, and have input on the highest and best use of the home, while construction is happening.

Only investors who are financially and mentally ready to move forward in these programs will be admitted. This program entails and involves a relationship where we are tied together for a minimum of 3 months and most likely 6 months. Our team is to be accountable and available to you on all aspects of our project. There will be upfront fees involved in enrollment but they are purely for the advancement of the selected project we choose. If one is determined to not be ready for this program, the initial call will be a strategy session on how to move forward with it. It should be the goal of any investor to be able to make passive income while having a competent team in place to handle the affairs of their business they choose to embark on. What this initial consultation is, is just that. It is an introductory session to determine whether one is ready to start this journey, and if not, the road in which one needs to take to get there.
